OLD BUSINESS: Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N – Comments are still out. Planning
recommended that they should include a condition for completion of Songbird Ave be added to the Montana
Homefitters permit. This will be on the agenda next week.
Ashley Park Ph 1B – 301 Fennway – new park – Public Works sent minor comments out. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Jackola Office Expansion – 2250 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works and Parks sent minor comments out.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:. None.
OTHER: PRELIMINARY - Clark’s Cubs – The committee discussed the landscaping; Park will send a
recommendation for improving the current landscaping.
