NVITATION TO BID
The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive bids for the Kalis-
pell Stormwater Decant Facility
Project. The project primarily
consists of furnishing materials,
labor, and equipment required to
install the following:
- Construction of a four bay, cast
in place concrete stormwater
decant facility to receive storm -
water from City of Kalispell street
and maintenance operations.
- Earthwork, site grading, foun-
dation preparation, and grading
of a stormwater retention pond.
- Installation of 6-inch water and
flushing hydrants.
- Installation of 12-inch storm
piping and new stormwater
manholes.
- Installation of stormwater treat-
ment equipment consisting of a
coalescing filter and stormwater
filter.
- An additive alternate for con-
struction of a partially enclosed,
pre-engineered metal building.
-A new 100 amp electrical ser-
vice to supply power and lighting
to the facility.

examined at the City of Kalispell
Public Works Department, 201
First Avenue East, Kalispell,
Montana 59901. Plans and I
specifications may also be
examined through QuestCDN.
Further.bidding instructions and

bids.aspx. The City will be only
accepting online electronic bids
through QuestCDN. Phone 406-
758-7720. A Pre -Bid Meeting will
be held in the City Hall Council
Chamber, 201 First Avenue
East, Kalispell, Montana 59901
at 11:00 am on Wednesday,
February 11th, 2026. Interest-
ed Bidders are encouraged to
attend the Pre -Bid Meeting.
Bids will be received by Quest-
CDN until 1:00 pm on Thursday,.
February 19, 2026. All bids will
be publicly opened and read
aloud in the City Hall First Floor
Conference Room, 201 First
Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana
59901.
