PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N –Comments were sent out 2/12. Planning advised that Jackola is working on the cross-easement. This will be on the agenda next week. Ashley Park Ph 1B – 301 Fennway – new park – Comments have been sent out. Parks is reviewing plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Jackola Office Expansion – 2250 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Comments to be sent out this week. Planning advised that the parking count is sufficient. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS:. None. OTHER: PRELIMINARY - Preliminary Comments – 95 Village Loop – Bruyer Heights apartments – Planning advised that a TIS and crosswalk are required per the conditional use permit and recommended that the utility easements be abandoned. The committee discussed footings design, sidewalk location, public right of way and mailbox connections. PUD Amendment – Bloomstone TH’s bldg. permits – The committee agreed that the PUD amendment is minor and will allow permits to be issued prior to obtaining final plat which is scheduled for City Council approval on 3/2/26 pending revised CCR and corrected mylars. Stillwater Bend Apartments – Building assembled the first plan set and is ready to review. Building advised that fire conceptuals have not been submitted. Clark’s Cubs – Planning rejected the sign permit application. Public Works stated the change of use triggers impact fees review. Building advised that the building is fire compliant. Car Wash Subdivision at Idaho St & Meridian – The committee discussed access locations on Meridian. MDT advised that they are working on access requirements with the property owner.
