A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF STILLWATER VILLAGE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell granted preliminary plat approval for
Stillwater Village Subdivision on April 3, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the owners and developers, Owl Corporation and Mark and Gaylon Owens, have
requested a two-year extension to the preliminary Stillwater Village Subdivision due
to required improvements which need to be completed; and
WHEREAS, good cause exists for the request for extension by Owl Corporation and Mark and
Gaylon Owens and it is in the best interests of the city that the extension be given.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the application of Owl Corporation and Mark and Gaylon Owens for a
two-year extension of the preliminary plat of Stillwater Village Subdivision,
Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 17TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2026.
