HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that Silverbrook Ph 3 signed a new performance bond
agreement and that Starling Ph 4 was released. Public Works is working on the Autumn Creek bond.
OLD BUSINESS: Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N –Public Works and Parks will be sending
comments. Building and Fire reviews are complete. Planning will request a cross-easement for the shared parking
lot from the owner. This will be on the agenda next week.
Ashley Park Ph 1B – 301 Fennway – new park – Public Works has comments out. Fire and Parks reviews are
complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Jackola Office Expansion – 2250 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Plans are in all departments’
review queues. This will be on the agenda next week.
OTHER: PRELIMINARY #2 – Flathead Foodbank – remodel/site improvements – Parks needs a landscape
plans. Public Works will confirm if the approach needs to be concrete. Fire will review when building details are
provided and advised that the sprinkler heads will age out soon.
