RE: Bloomstone Phase 4A — Request for Release of Building Permits Prior to Final Plat
Approval
Dear Site Review Committee,
l am writing on behalf of Kalispell National Multifamily LLC, as the manager and owner,
to respectfully request approval for a minor PUD amendment that will allow the release
of our submitted building permits prior to final plat approval for our project, Bloomstone
Phase 4A, currently under review by the City of Kalispell.
We understand and acknowledge the City's requirements regarding final plat approval
and are committed to meeting all applicable conditions. Our team will ensure that all
required plat submittals are submitted to the City and that the project is scheduled to be
presented at the March 2nd City Council meeting.
Releasing the building permits prior to final plat approval will allow us to maintain
project timelines, coordinate contractor scheduling, and help ensure the timely delivery of
much -needed housing within the community while we continue to work through the final
plat process in full compliance with City requirements.
We appreciate the City's consideration of this request and remain committed to working
cooperatively with staff and the Site Review Committee throughout this process. Please
