HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning is working on the extension for Timberwolf Ridge and
advised that Autumn Creek is under review. The Silverbrook Ph 3 bond is due to expire soon. Parks is reviewing
the bond for Frontier Village.
OLD BUSINESS: Montana Imaging Center Ph 2 – 3201 US Hwy 93 N –Plans are under departments’ review.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Montana Dental Spa – 340 W Center – site work – This was passed through site review.
Ashley Park Ph 1B – 301 Fennway – new park – Planning advised that Ph 1A has been signed off. The
committee discussed the building permit requirements, ADA parking, and electrical permits. This will be on the
agenda next week.
OTHER: The Landings Ph 3 - Bldgs 12-15 – 109/113/117/121 Teton St – Parks needs irrigation plans.
Stillwater Bend - Planning is meeting with them today regarding issuing building permits prior to Final Plat.
Flathead County Public Safety Building – The committee discussed geopiers and deferred submittals. Building
advised that calculations are required.
Bloomstone Ph 4A – Planning is waiting for bonding.
