Conrad Mansion
1. Welcome - Members present: Cate Webber, Natalie Robinson, Sue Corrigan, Chris Vick,
Mary Pat Murphy, Diane Medler, Callie Langohr, Scot Wheeler, Susanne Wigginton,
Jacqueline Stroth, Mark Schickendantz, Carrie Nelson, Everit Sliter and Diane Stout
(Everit and Diane S. joined late), and Museum Director Brit Clark.
2. Consent agenda-
a) Nov 2025 Minutes- accepted.
b) Dec 2025 Treasurer’s Report- Sue moved to accept. Chris seconded. All in favor.
The last water bill was back to normal amount a�er leak.
3. Execu�ve Director’s Report- Brit. See submited report.
a) Candlelight tours are going well. Violin teacher and student volunteered and
played music during the tours.
b) Valley Bank sponsored Christmas tours for children ($1,000)
c) Montana 250 grant- The Mansion was awarded $5,800 to cover an internship for
collec�ons.
d) Paid �me off (PTO) has been requested for paid employees.
e) Commitees- Let Brit know what commitees you want to serve on.
4. Other Business- Sue presented a baby gi� to Brit from the board. Dona�ons for an
Educa�on fund set up at DA Davidson were presented. Everit offered to match the
dona�ons up to $1,000.
5. Adjourned- 5:00. Mansion Staff/Volunteer/Board member holiday party followed.
Thanks to Chris Vick for dona�ng the catered food and to the Flathead High School
Choral-Aires for volunteering and providing lovely carols. (Dona�ons accepted for
Choral-Aires).
