My name is Pavle Radojevic, an 18-year-old mathematics student from Serbia with a strong passion
for cars, sports, and collecting license plates from around the world.
I'm writing to kindly ask whether it might be possible to receive one old or expired vehicle plate
from your country for my personal collection.
If that isn't possible due to regulations, any small item or suggestion of who I could contact(e.g., a
transport office, museum, or automobile club)would mean a lot to me.
