Dear Council Members,
I feel strongly that, unless legally required by existing statute, the City of Kalispell should not
provide any assistance to ICE or Customs and Border Patrol. Inviting their disruptive, legally
dubious, cruel, and often violent actions into our midst flies in the face of our constitutional
civil rights and liberties.
