Dear Council Members and Mayor,
I am writing a letter of recommendation for Cassidy Kipp to fill the vacant seat in Ward 3.
As a resident of Ward 3 myself, I believe Cassidy would be an excellent City Council
member and would be very pleased to see her represent our ward. Please consider the
following points in your upcoming decision.
1. Cassidy is a well-known and highly regarded person in our community having lived
and worked in Kalispell her whole life.
2. She is highly experienced with many matters that Council deals with and is familiar
with the process of local government. She would be able to step right into the
position seamlessly.
3. Her experience with the general public is extensive, and she has the ability to
converse and work with people with a variety of backgrounds and various walks of
life.
4. Cassidy is a very thoughtful and considerate person. I don’t believe she would
willingly hurt someone, but she does speak the truth, follows policies, and will use
compassion in her words and actions.
5. Her familiarity with land use policies, coupled with her concern and commitment
toward housing, is remarkable and would be an asset to the Council.
6. Cassidy has a firm commitment to making sure the city addresses the needs of its
residents and businesses.
7. As a property owner, Cassidy is invested in downtown Kalispell to ensure it has a
strong future, while maintaining its significant history.
8. Cassidy’s expertise and experience would be a benefit to the Council, and I believe
would strengthen the Council in the eyes of the general public.
