Resolution 6305 - Creekside Subdivision Two-Year Prel. Plat Extension RESOLUTION NO. 6305
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF CREEKSIDE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell granted preliminary plat approval for
Creekside Subdivision on April 3, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the owner, Kalispell Creekside, LLC and developer, Brent Holdings, LLC, have
requested a two-year extension to the preliminary plat of Creekside Subdivision due
to required improvements which need to be completed; and
WHEREAS, good cause exists for the request for extension by Kalispell Creekside, LLC and
Brent Holdings, LLC and it is in the best interests of the city that the extension be
given.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the application of Kalispell Creekside,LLC,and Brent Holdings,LLC,
for a two-year extension of the preliminary plat of Creekside Subdivision,
Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2026.
