To whom it may concern,
I'm writing in support of Cassidy Kipp for City Council ward 3.
I've known Cassidy for over twenty years. She's a person that always shows up for people. When she shows up, she
doesn't do so on her terms, she does so with the spirit of those she is supporting. She comes with a listening ear, and an
open mind. She is open to ideas and perspectives. She recognizes that people come from different backgrounds and
circumstances. That these backgrounds and circumstances influence their perspectives, attitudes, and beliefs. She knows
that not everyone will agree all the time and that is okay.
Cassidy is a person who isn't afraid to say she doesn't know something. But in that unknowing she will go look for
answers and education. She has proven this in her career path. She worked as a case manager for individuals with
intellectual disabilities, building upon that experience she transitioned to Adult Protective services, from there she
moved to directing in home care services, which lead her to Department Director at Community Action Partnership.
Her dedication to Kalispell and the those who live here is evident in her career path. She strives to make this community
better for everyone, not just a select few. She seen Kalispell change from a small town to a commercial center. She
chooses to be part of this community and raise her family here.
Cassidy Kipp will make an excellent Councilwoman. She'll show up for this town and its residents. She'll listen and be a
voice.
Respectfully,
Denise Frey
