To whom it may concern:
I am giving my recommendation and endorsement for Karlene Khor as City Council candidate for
Ward 3 in Kalispell.
I have known Karlene for over 40 years and her family for 52 years. Karlene's brother and I were
friends and classmates at Flathead High.
Before I sat down to write this email Karlene and I had a discussion about the duties and
responsibilities of a city council member. I was impressed with her understanding of how
important it is for a council member to be accessible and open to hearing the concerns and
interests of fellow citizens.Along with being open to community input, Karlene understands the
responsibility of educating herself on each issue so she can properly represent Ward 3.
These attributes along with being a business owner on Main St. make Karlene an excellent choice
for sitting on City Council.
