Home2Snites Hotel) — new multi -family
Harris Financial — 305 Lincoln St — new office building
KM Bar — 30 2nd Street — Patio remodel/new windows
adding windows on the south side on the 2nd floor and then
also the curtain wall on the bar area. This will be double -
hung green windows to match the existing.
enclosing an area under the existing patio roof in the alley
for a pizza oven. We will be using a gray metal either
corrugated or something we can find reclaimed that we are
searching for. Otherwise, the building is being left as is.
