Re: City Council appointment and support for Dustin Leftridge
Dear Mayor Hunter and honorable City Councilors:
I am writing to express my personal support for Dustin Leftridge and his appointment
to the Kalispell City Council. I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know Dustin and
work directly with him on the One Brave Pack community team that helped to pass the
first high school levy in Kalispell in more than a decade. Since then, he joined the
Downtown Kalispell Forward Coalition and has been an active contributor and
participant.
Here is what I know of Dustin.
He is a visionary and is dedicated to our community.
He is approachable, a strong listener, and articulate communicator.
He demonstrates a solid knowledge of how local government works.
He follows throughs and is someone that inspires others to do the same.
He is thoughtful, able to debate with respect and compassion for other opinions, and
is the right person to fill this open seat.
I highly recommend Dustin and know that Kalispell will benefit from his experience,
expertise, and commitment to our community.
