a) Jarod Nygren will be attending the meeting to discuss parking enforcement.
b) Discuss removal of 30-minute parking space on the corner of 1st Ave E and 4t" St E
to provide an additional reserved space for KPD.
c) Discuss parking meters in the downtown area and current usage.
d) Revisit parking ticket fine amounts and boot removal fee.

The mission of the City of Kalispell Parking is to effectively manage the parking inventory to adequately
meet the needs of downtown customers,employees, visitors,and residents.
