hydrant location, turn radius, trash enclosure location, sewer line location, water and irrigation service, landscaping,
stormwater, and signage conditions with Montana Creative.
Preliminary Comments – Montana Affordable - 40 Appleway – The committee discussed the fire hydrant location,
parking lot length, trash enclosure location, FDC location, landscaping, sewer, storm drainage, deed restrictions,
and geotech with TD&H.
