Kalispell's Office 365 Enterprise Agreement Request for Proposals (RFP). This
proposal outlines our qualifications, approach, and commitment to delivering a
seamless and compliant Microsoft 365 Enterprise Agreement renewal for the City of
Kalispell.
COMPANY OVERVIEW

SCOPE AND APPROACH
Cloud Partners will renew the City's Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise Agreement for
a three-year term. We will ensure all required licenses are provisioned accurately,
support annual true -ups, and provide verification and documentation. Our approach
ensures no lapse in service and full alignment with Microsoft GCC requirements. In
addition, Microsoft permits Enterprise Agreement customers to procure licenses
through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, and all licenses we provide will
be governed by Microsoft's New Commerce Experience (NCE) terms and guidelines.
Cloud Partners takes no exceptions to the terms and conditions of the RFP unless
otherwise noted.
