Morrison-Maierle hereby certifies that:
1.Neither Morrison-Maierle nor any of its principals are presently debarred, suspended,
proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from
participation in this contract by any federal department or agency.
2. Morrison-Maierle is not listed on the System for Award Management (SAM) Exclusions
List or any other federal or state debarment list.
3.Morrison-Maierle will immediately notify the City of Kalispell if its status changes during
the course of the project.
