a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to the City of Kalispell's Request
for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Engineering Services for the Two Mile
Drive Drainage Improvement Project (B-24-CP-MT-1307).
2. The SOQ submitted by Morrison-Maierle is genuine and not collusive or a sham.
3. I have not, directly or indirectly, entered into any agreement, participated in any collusion,
or otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with
this RFQ.
