HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Parks is working with LHC for the Costco landscaping. Public Works
and Doug Pepmeier from TD&H discussed the stormwater pond, water and sewer warranty, and bonds for Autmn
Creek.
OLD BUSINESS:
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club –Nothing new since Public Works sent comments out on
10/10. This will be on the agenda next week.
Town Pump Coffee Kiosk – 2950 US HWY 93 S – new coffee kiosk – Planning advised that response comments
should be submitted next week. This will be on the agenda next week.
MDT Combo Facility – 2945 US HWY 93 N – new maintenance facility – Planning received revised plans with
the FDC relocated, response comments were received 11/6, and that fees being set. This will be on the agenda next
week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: Free Reign Chiropractic – The committee reviewed 2 proposed site plans from
Doug Pepmeier and discussed parking and approaches. Doug will present plans with the sidewalk and landscaped
boulevard flipped to the owner for approval per the committee’s recommendation.
