OLD BUSINESS:
Burn Bootcamp —466 Rivers Edge Loop—athletic club—Public Works sent comments out on 11/4. Fire advised
Conover that the fire hydrant cannot be fed from the fire line.Public Works had concerns
Nothing new since Public Works sent comments out on 10/10. This will be on the agenda next week.
Corwin Motors—2585 US HWY 93 N—new service building—This was conditionally passed through site review
pending Parks' approval.
Town Pump Coffee Kiosk—2950 US HWY 93 S—new coffee kiosk—Nothing new. Comments were sent
10/23; waiting for response to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
MDT Combo Facility—2945 US HWY 93 N—new maintenance facility—Comments were sent on 11/3. Fire to
follow up with the architect regarding the FDC location since it's too far away from the hydrant. This will be on the
agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:—685 Cascade Loop—Aesthetica Med Spa—James Cummins presented preliminary plans.
The committee discussed the trash enclosure and the possibility of sharing access with the property to the west.
PUD Amendment—Mountain View PUD—Mike Brodie provided a summary of the PUD amendment and the
Committee agreed that it was minor.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: Free Reign Chiropractic—Doug Pepmeier presented a draft site layout and
discussed parking and approach options. Doug will send a new draft site plan next week for review.
