OLD BUSINESS:
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Nothing new since Public Works sent comments out on
10/10. This will be on the agenda next week.
Corwin Motors – 2585 US HWY 93 N – new service building – Building to send comments out today. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Town Pump Coffee Kiosk – 2950 US HWY 93 S – new coffee kiosk – Comments were sent 10/23; waiting for
response to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Jackola – 2250 US HWY 93 S – parking lot expansion – This was passed through Site Review.
MDT Combo Facility – 2945 US HWY 93 N – new maintenance facility – Public Works is ready to send
comments. Fire has sent comments to the State Building Bureau Chief regarding the location of the FDC since it’s
too far away from the hydrant. Parks has this in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: Reign Chiropractic – The committee discussed with Doug Pepmeier (TD&H)
– The committee discussed solutions for the site layout including easements, access options, and sign removal.
TD & H will follow up with MDT for solutions.
