HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised Parks and Planning that they are working on a
performance bond reduction for Starling.
OLD BUSINESS:
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works sent comments out on 10/10 and advised
Patrick Conover that there are no hydrants on the plans for the city to approve and that he contact DEQ for approval.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Superwash – 431/435 Rivers Edge Loop – car wash/garage/4plex –Parks sent comments out and is
waiting for a response. This will be on the agenda next week.
Corwin Motors – 2585 US HWY 93 N – new service building – The committee is still waiting for responses to
comments sent on 9/30/25. This will be on the agenda next week.
Town Pump Coffee Kiosk – 2950 US HWY 93 S – new coffee kiosk – Public Works review is almost complete.
Building to review plans and expects to be finished by the middle of next week. Planning will advise Town Pump
that the landscaping has to be completed prior to issuing a C of O. This will be on the agenda next week.
Jackola – 2250 US HWY 93 S – parking lot expansion – Comments are ready to be sent out. This will be on the
agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
OTHER: Planning advised that the MDT Combo Facility will be on next week’s agenda and that Stillwater Bend
Ph 2 will be back for another round of preliminary comments.. Fire confirmed that the CHS propane tank relocation
is for private use only and that CHS was advised that building and electrical permits will be required.
