The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive sealed bids for
the Lower Zone Storage Tank
Replacement — Schedule 2:
Reservoir 2 project. The project
primarily consists of furnishing
materials, labor, and equipment
required to demolish a 2.7 MG
water reservoir and reconstruct
a 2.5 MG water Reservoir and
its surrounding infrastructure.
Bidding documents must be sub-
mitted through QuestCDN, and
all addendums will be issued via
QuestCDN. The portal to Quest-
CDN and further bidding instruc-,
tions can be found on the city
website at www.kalispell.com/
bids.aspx. A Pre -Bid Meeting will
be held at City Hall in the City
Council Chambers at 201 1st
Ave E at 3:00 PM on September
24, 2025. Plan holders may
also attend virtually. Bids will
be received by QuestCDN until
2:00 PM on October 9, 2025. At
that time, all bids will be publicly
opened in the City Hall First
Floor Conference Room, 201 1st
Ave. East, Kalispell 59901. Any
bidder wishing further informa-
tion may obtain the same from
the City of Kalispell Public Works
Department, 201 First Avenue
