RE: Air Traffic Control (2)Joe:
I understand your desire to work in the great NW or as we call it the
Big Sky country. I am a retired LTC from the U.S. Army myself (28
years). However, we do not have a control tower at our airport, we are
an uncontrolled (GA) city airport. The only ATC facility in the NW
Montana is the tower at Glacier Park International Airport which is our
commercial airport. I would suggest that you contact them. Good Luck

Subject: Air Traffic Control
Mr. Leistiko,
My name is Joseph Felix but please call me Blu. I am currently an Air
Traffic Controller currently serving in Afghanistan and I am approaching
the end of my contract with the Marine Corps. I would love to come and
work at your facility. I have nine years of ATC experience under my belt
and two CTO FAA ratings. I am also looking interested in working at
your facility because it makes it possible for me to pursue my passion
of fly fishing and being a fly fishing guide. I just wanted to kind of
informally introduce myself to you in hopes that in the near future you
might recognize my name on a resume that comes across you desk. If there
is any advice you might be able to give me that might increase my
chances of employment please feel free to let me know. Thank you for
your time.
