OLD BUSINESS:
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works and parks are ready to send comments.
Building is working on their comments and should be ready early the week of 9/22 (moved from 9/15. Fire still
needs and updated plan showing FTC relocation. Original comments from Parks will need to be sent with the
comment set. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Superwash – 431/435 Rivers Edge Loop – car wash/garage/4plex – Public Works, Fire, and Parks are
ready to send comments. Building comments should be ready at the end of the week of 9/22 (moved from 9/15).
This will be on the agenda next week.
Corwin Motors – 2585 US HWY 93 N – new service building – Public Works and Parks are ready to send
comments. Building is currently reviewing and expects to be done the week of 9/22. This will be on the agenda next
week.
NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: Free Rein Chiropractic – 647 E Idaho – site improvements
– The committee discussed parking, sign location and height, bollards around the gas meter, and access to Hwy 2.
Planning will reach out to MDT for their comments.
