OLD BUSINESS:
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – All departments signed off contingent to final Public
Works review. This has passed through site review.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works and parks are ready to send comments.
Building is working on their comments and should be ready the week of 9/15. Fire Conceptual plans received
09/03/25, still need updated plan showing FTC relocation to SE corner. This will be on the agenda next week.
245 Flathead Drive – 245 Flathead Dr – new office/lab testing – PW, parks and zoning are approved. Building is
reviewing last few comments. This has passed through site review contingently.
Kalispell Superwash – 431/435 Rivers Edge Loop – car wash/garage/4plex – Public Works, Fire, and Parks are
ready to send comments. Building comments should be ready week of 9/15. This will be on the agenda next week.
Corwin Motors – 2585 US HWY 93 N – new service building – Public Works and Parks are ready to send
comments. Building will start review week of 9/15 This will be on the agenda next week.
