November 2024 and May 2025 meeting summaries were accepted unanimously.
AGENDA
• Staff updated the Board on the status of the Safe Streets and Roads for All, BUILD, and Safe Streets
and Roads for All Demonstration Grant. Staff updated the board on the RLF Committee meeting and
the status of the Façade Improvement Loan program. Staff informed the Board of two potential TIF
projects that had contacted the Community Development Office. Staff presented the newly released
TIF increment from the City of Kalispell budget. The Board will meet in September to go over TIF
project ideas.
• Public projects update – Staff updated the board on the status of the Wye Track property, and Charles
Hotel, and
• Staff updated the Board on public projects in the TIF such as the Charles Hotel/parking garage status.
Staff also updated the Board on the status of the WYE Track property which has closed.
