OLD BUSINESS: Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Parks and Public Works are waiting on an updated landscape plan from Stillwater. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works and parks are ready to send comments. Building working on comments. Fire Conceptual plans received 09/03/25. This will be on the agenda next week. 245 Flathead Drive – 245 Flathead Dr – new office/lab testing – waiting on a response to comments sent out on 08/15/25. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Superwash – 431/435 Rivers Edge Loop – car wash/garage/4plex – Public Works, Fire, and Parks are ready to send comments. Planning to check with Building under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Corwin Motors – 2585 US HWY 93 N – new service building – Departments are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Northwestern Energy – 350 Corporate Drive – storage units – Josh with Windsor was present for preliminary comments/feedback. The use will have to go through the administrative CUP process. Driving isle will need to be increased from 24’ to 26’. PW advised infiltration may be an issue there. Fire hydrant location is good.
