We hereby propose to provide all labor, material, and equipment for a complete project
as per the description below:
Bid for Proiect: $395,300.00
Camas Creek Contracting shall within fifteen (15) calendar days of the acceptance of
said bid by the City Council, enter into a contract and give good and sufficient bond to
secure the performance of the terms and conditions of the contract. In the event the
successful bidder does not enter into a formal contract within fifteen (15) calendar days
or give sufficient bond to secure performance, the bidder shall pay unto the City the
difference between the amount of the bid of said bidder and the amount for which the
City legally contracts with another party to perform said work if the latter amount is more
than the former.

In connection with obligations in favor of the Kentucky Department of Highways only, it is agreed that the power and authority hereby given
to the Attorney -in -Fact cannot be modified or revoked unless prior written personal notice of such intent has been given to the Commissioner -
Department of Highways of the Commonwealth of Kentucky at least thirty (30) days prior to the modification or revocation.
