ADDENDUM NO. 5
Lift Station #36 Upgrade Project

The provisions of this Addendum Number 5 shall apply to and be part of the Bidding and
Contract Documents for the Lift Station #36 Upgrade Project.
Bidders shall acknowledge the receipt of this addendum through the QuestCDN VBid electronic
bidding portal in order to submit bid.
An issue was brought forward from the pump manufacturer concerning the pump and piping
layout. The suction lines for the specified pump enter the pump skid from the side, rather than
the front as designed. This requires a substantial change in the piping layout. Several
modifications will be required to the project sheets. Additional pump calculations will be
necessary to confirm previously selected pump sizing. Therefore, the bid opening will be delayed
to make the required changes and to provide adequate time for engineering review.
The Bid Opening Date has been moved to September 25th, 2025, at 8:30 AM.
A future addendum will be issued to correct the pump skid layout, piping configuration and any
other related items.
