vacancy opening for a Civil Engineer, FV-0810-G/H/I.

Duties: Serves as a project manager for engineering and planning programs
related to airports development under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP)
for the Helena Airports District Office. The incumbent will be the contact
for airport stakeholders including: airport sponsors, airport managers
consulting engineers, and the general public regarding airport development,
system planning, master planning, and compatible land use for selected
projects. The incumbent will assist and make investment decisions for
airport developments programs. The incumbent may also manage airports
programs such as AIP, Passenger Facility Change (PFC), environment, noise
and air quality acceptability, airspace, and grant and contract compliance.
Work will be performed at increasing levels of independence and complexity
at each progressive grade level.
