PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that the quarterly review meeting was held yesterday. OLD BUSINESS: Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works is working through 8/19 response comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Planning advised that new response comments were loaded into the portal on 8/21. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works is ready to send comments. Building and Fire are still waiting on fire conceptuals. Parks stated that none of their initial comments were addressed in the new plans. This will be on the agenda next week. 245 Flathead Drive – 245 Flathead Dr – new office/lab testing – Planning advised that comments were sent out 8/15 and that the applicant is working through the comments. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Kalispell Superwash – 431/435 Rivers Edge Loop – car wash/garage/4plex – Planning advised that there is a new plan set ready for review. This will be on the agenda next week. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: Walmart Fuel Center – The committee discussed with the Barghausen team the City’s requirements for public works, planning, and fire. The committee also discussed requirements for the PUD, geotechnical reports, stormwater mitigation, signage, architectural review, pre-treatment, lighting, parking, impact fees, hydrant locations, and permit requirements. Planning also provided instructions on where to find the information that was discussed on the City’s website. Minor PUD Amendment – Stillwater Bend Phase 2 – Mike Brodie (WGM) presented amended plans. Public Works discussed the access to Rose Crossings with Brodie.
