ADDENDUM NO. 1
Lift Station #36 Upgrade Project

The provisions of this Addendum Number 1 shall apply to and be part of the Bidding and
Contract Documents for the Lift Station #36 Upgrade Project.
Bidders shall acknowledge the receipt of this addendum through the QuestCDN VBid electronic
bidding portal in order to submit bid.
Please also reference the Project Q&A inside QuestCDN for additional information.
There were several issues discovered with the Project Manual uploaded into QuestCDN for the
project including missing sections and repeating sections. A new full Project Manual document
has been provided as part of this Addendum. Replace the original project manual with the
new Project Manual. The cover of the new manual will be marked with ADDENDUM NO. 1 in
red text.
Missing sections included in the updated version include:
• 40 00 00 – Piping General
• 40 00 50 – Valves
• 40 00 51 – Cement Lined Ductile Iron Pipe and Fittings
• 46 00 00 – Self-Priming Sewage Pumps
• 47 00 00 – Air Powered Wet Well Mixers
• Geotechnical Report (which is required to be downloaded in Vbid and is available for download
in the Q&A for the project on QuestCDN
