PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that the agenda for the quarterly meeting was sent
8/13.
OLD BUSINESS:
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – PW is working on response comments received
8/11/25. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Planning reached out to the owner and architect for
status and has not received a response. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Response to comments received on 8/5/25 and 8/13/25.
Departments are working on reviews. Parks advised that there was no change to the landscape despite comments
being sent out. Planning to review the parking and Fire advised that no fire conceptuals were submitted. This will
be on the agenda next week.
245 Flathead Drive – 245 Flathead Dr – new office/lab testing – Comments are almost ready to be sent.. PW will
verify the requirements for pedestrian crossings at train tracks and Nygren will verify the PUD requirements.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Ashley Creek Park – 301 Fenn Way – new city park – Berger Partnership advised the phasing
plan for the park. Fire access was discussed with TD&H and Berger Partnership. Building advised that the electrical
review was completed. This was passed through site review.
