PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: PIA/SIA Quarterly meeting scheduled for 08/20/2025.
OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks asked if the new lot lines were
intended as a phasing plan, if so, they will need a landscape plan for each phase. Patrick will check with Jim Davis
on what they intend to do. Plannings understanding is that they are going to build the project all at once and not
phase it, however, if the lot lines are for financing purposes, then they may be planning on phasing. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – A civil resubmittal was received shortly before the
meeting started so the new submittal is back in the queue for review. Bldg., planning and parks are all signed off.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – PW has reviewed responses, and they are ready
to sign off. Parks is working through comments. Building and zoning are approved. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – All departments have approved. This has passed through
site review.
NEW BUSINESS:
245 Flathead Drive – 245 Flathead Dr – new office/lab testing – In departments queues for review. Planning
noted the sidewalk on the SW corner of the building needs to extend to the north property line. This will be on the
agenda next week.
