A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF MEADOWS EDGE PHASE 4A/B SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell granted preliminary plat approval for
Meadows Edge Phase 4A/B on November 7, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the developers, Meadows Edge, LLC, have requested a two-year extension to the
preliminary plat of Meadows Edge Phase 4A/B due to the approaching preliminary
plat expiration date; and
WHEREAS, good cause exists for the request for extension by Meadows Edge, LLC and it is in
the best interests of the city that the extension be given.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the application of Meadows Edge, LLC, for a two-year extension of the
preliminary plat of Meadows Edge Phase 4A/B Subdivision, Kalispell,
Flathead County, Montana is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 4TH DAY OF AUGUST. 2025.
