HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Nothing new. Planning is still waiting for the updated lot lines. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works sent comments out on 7/21. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Planning advised that comments were received on 7/10, 7/21, and 7/23. Parks stated that they will have comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Planning spoke with the contractor and was told that they may be changing one of the exterior materials and a decision would be made by the end of next week. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Public Works sent minor comments out and stated that a reimbursable record drawing deposit is required. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Sunridge Pointe Rehab – 400 Liberty – bldg/site upgrades – Planning presented plans and a summary of the improvements to be made. Public Works stated that a right of way permit will be required and that they will contact the architect. El Dorita Rehab – 420 Liberty – bldg/site upgrades - Planning presented plans and a summary of the improvements to be made. Public Works stated that a right of way permit will be required. OTHER: Planning advised the committee that they received plat extensions for Meadows Edge phases 4A/B and phase 5. Planning also advised Fire that there was nothing new from the North Westview subdivision regarding fire access.
