OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Planning advised that the lot lines
will likely change which will require an updated site plans with changes to the landscaping and garage layout. An
amended plat application is also required. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works is working through their review of the
7/7 response. This will be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Parks and Public Works are still working on
comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center –Building and Parks have completed their review. Public
Works sent comments out 7/16. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Flathead Detention Center – PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – 225
Snowline Ln – Celine Saucier presented updated plans. Public Works advised that they will need a TIS before
related feedback can be provided and that the wastewater pipe should be screened. Planning advised that if the
plans were rotated the private road would not be required and that there may be issues in the future with the
private road that will be used by the public. Planning also stated that the private road should be moved south to
prevent a gap in the right of way. Saucier advised that sewer plans are being worked on and will be added to the
plans in the future. Wyatt Hatch discussed the 10ft right of way with the committee.
