PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning and Public Works to meet regarding the Silverbrook bonds. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Nothing new except that Planning advised that the applicant is considering re-subdividing. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building –Planning advised that responses to comments were received 7/7. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Public Works has comments out and advised that there is a Parks issue. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Planning advised that the owner may be making changes to the exterior of the building. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Nothing new. The committee is still waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center –Planning advised that the civil design report was submitted. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Corwin Recon Shop – 2577/2585 US Hwy 93 N – Planning presented preliminary plans. The committee discussed the path location and termination, hydrant locations, fire flow rates, a water main easement, grade of connecting driveway, landscaping, meter pit location, and MDT entrance corridor with Tyson Hubbard from BuildPact MT and Tony Woods with RPA. MDT advised that they will need an updated approach permit and easement. OTHER: MDT will verify if they received a request from Falkor Defense to relocate their access to Rose Crossing.
