Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Nothing new except that Planning
received a plat amendment request. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Nothing new since Public Works sent resubmittal
comments out 6/19. This will be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Parks and Public Works sent a 2nd round of
comments out on 6/27. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Planning advised that response comments should be
uploaded soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Planning received renderings but not a complete
submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Parks and Public Works sent a 2nd round of comments
out on 6/27. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Block 50 Mixed use – 5 6th Ave W – remodel – Planning presented the site plan and advised that building sent
comments out yesterday. Fire is waiting on an engineering report for the brick building. No other departments had
comments.
