Subject: EXTERNAL Mountain Prime Steak House
Hello Kalispell City Council members. I am writing to ask that the conditional use permit not be granted to
Mountain Prime Steak House. Casinos are hurting the poor population of our city and county. Unfortunately
we already have a casino at every corner and gas station. Casinos are a way for business people to steal
money from vulnerable people --- mainly low income citizens who do not understand that the odds will always
be against them. Gambling is highly addictive and devastates families by taking money from housing, food,
and clothing budgets of adults, elderly, parents, and helpless children. Making money through gambling is not
a quality way to earn money for the state, county, or city. Casinos, like alcohol/drug addictions, destroy
dreams.
Thank you for your time,
