• Remove & Dispose of existing cedar shakes and underlayment on all roof areas down to roof deck
• Supply & Install new Titanium PSU30 Ice & Water Underlayment on roof eaves, ridge and valleys
• Supply & Install new #30 felt on all roof areas that are not recieving Ice & Water Underlayment
• Supply & Install new #1 Blue Label 0.5" Thick 16" Cedar Shingles 5" exposure on all roof areas with #1
Blue label cedar shingle starter on roof eaves
• Supply & Install new cedar ridge shingles on all roof ridges and hips 5" Exposure
• Supply & Install new steel valley metal to replace existing
• Supply & Install new 24Ga Steel drip edge on all roof perimeter edges
• Supply & Install new 26GA steel roof to wall flashing to replace existing
• Supply & Install new pipe boot flashing around all existing roof pipe penetrations to replace existing
Cedar Breather Plane
• Supply & Install new cedar breather plane on all roof areas
Deck Sheathing Replacement
• After existing roof assembly has been removed, inspect existing roof deck for damage to determine extend
of required sheathing replacement. If existing deck is skip sheathing, we will need to overlay new decking
on all roof areas
• Remove & Dispose of any damaged decking sheets
• Supply & Install new 1/2" nominal OSB Sheathing to replace existing

Notes
There may be extended lead times for cedar shingles, which could impact construction timeline for the
project. Approximate lead time for cedar shingles is 4 weeks
Price guaranteed for 90 days from the date shown on this estimate.
• Due to high volatility in material prices and issues with availability of materials, the price(s) provided in this
proposal is/are subject to change, and performance of the work may be delayed if materials are
unavailable or if delivery is delayed.
• This Proposal and the price(s) provided herein are conditioned upon the parties entering into a contract
with mutually agreeable terms, such as an AIA construction contract document.
• This Proposal is subject to revision or withdrawal by Ace Roofing for any reason until communication of
acceptance and may be revised after communication of acceptance where an inadvertent error by Ace
Roofing has occurred.
• All work to be completed in a professional, workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
• One (1) year warranty on labor craftsmanship performed by Ace Roofing, LLC
• Due to the nature of Montana weather, no firm schedule requirements can be committed to between
September 30 & April 1.
• Ace Roofing can only provide a warranty on full systems that we provide and install. No warranty is offered
or implied on repairs, partial replacements and labor only jobs (if we do not supply the materials and labor
for the work, we cannot supply a warranty.
