HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Planning received architectural plans for the clubhouse. Nothing new for the apartments; truss plans and plat application have not been received. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works sent resubmittal comments out 6/19. Planning to contact the owner about accessing status through the portal and to provide a timeline. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Public Works has 2nd round comments ready. Building’s and Parks’ reviews are almost complete. Building advised that drawings for the pool were received 6/18. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Nothing new. Planning to reach out to the architect for status since comments were sent out 2 months ago. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Nothing new. The committee is waiting for new submittals which will be sent in a few weeks. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Response comments were received on 6/17 and are in all departments’ queues. Planning advised that they are still working on rear access. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – Response comments were received on 6/18 and are in all departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: North Meadows Multi-Family annexation and conditional use permit – 1859 S Meadows Dr – The committee reviewed plans that were submitted in the annexation and CUP packet and discussed hydrant access, the entrance, and shielding headlights so as not to disturb the neighboring homes. OTHER: Walmart EV Charging Stations – The committee reviewed plans to add EV charging stations to the parking lot and did not have any issues. North Westview Subdivision Fire Access – The committee discussed unpaved county roads and adding a 2nd access to the subdivision. No action will be taken at this time. 40 Apple Way Apartments – The committee discussed fire access, the parking space count, hydrant placement, and clubhouse location. Planning will send some possible solutions to the project representative such as relocating the clubhouse or removing it from the plan to allow for fire access. Starling Ph 4 – Fire Plans Examiner sent a letter to DEQ. Planning advised that they are close to applying for preliminary plat. Riverside North – Fire Plans Examiner advised that one hydrant will need to be moved.
