Approval of Minutes: Shawn moved to approve the March 25, 2025 minutes; Julia 2 nd; approved (4-0).
New Business:
Signs:
Buildings: Kalispell Superwash – 454 Rivers Edge Loop – New Car Wash – Jonathan Funk
from Jackola and Barnhart presented plans for a new carwash with employee
housing. The committee discussed the garbage enclosure location, landscape
screening, orientation of the employee housing building, and a trail connection.
The carwash is located at the entrance of the development and the committee
would like to see more landscaping to enhance the entrance and the trash
enclosure moved away from the entrance.
