PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks to look at resubmittal today. Building review is almost complete. Planning has not received a plat application for the lot lines. MDT will be sending comments out soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works has a resubmittal in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Response to comments received 6/3 are in Public Works’ review. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Nothing new. Comments were sent but no resubmittal has been received. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Patrick Conover advised that the building and site plans are being modified to meet code so there will be a new submittal. Public Works advised Conover that DEQ approval will be required. Fire discussed the fire riser with Conover. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Nothing new. Comments were sent 5/20. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – Comments were sent 6/5. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Lowe’s Parking Lot – 2360 Hwy 93 N – parking lot/stormwater – This was signed off subject to Public Works’ approval. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Salon/Restaurant/Bar – 2120 Quail Lane – The committee discussed utilities screening, courtyard landscaping, fire access and hose lays, and fire tracking. Public Works to verify if the current TIS is sufficient. Fire stated that sprinkling the building is required. Parks will not review any landscaping until the developer repairs and completes 100% of the highway buffer landscaping. Montoya will send his code review for Fire and Building to review and will work with Planning on the small building design.
