OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works has a resubmittal in
their queue. Building’s and Parks’ reviews are complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works has a resubmittal in their queue.
Building is working through the comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Staff comments sent out 4/14/25. No response
has been received. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Nothing new. Comments have been out but no
resubmittal has been received. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – This was passed through site review.
Immanuel Living Skybridge – 185 Crestline – addition – This was passed through site review.
Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – This was conditionally passed through site review pending
fire access approval.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Awaiting on response to comments from 5/12/25. Patrick
Conover advised that his client wants to meet with the Building Department. This will be on the agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Comments were sent out 5/20. Public Works is working
on the fire hydrants. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – The committee discussed emergency fire access
and agreed that the approaches on Nob Hill Loop. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
OTHER: 375 College Ave – Chief Hagen received an email from the buyer for 375 College Ave requesting
assistance for meeting the requirements for developing the site. Nygren advised Hagen to advise the buyer to get
an architect due to the fact that it’s a difficult lot. Sorensen stated that City Council granted an easement to make
the lot buildable.
