Subject: EXTERNAL Main Street Project
I feel the idea of reducing traffic lanes on main st. in downtown Kalispell is a bad idea. We
have increased traffic immensely in the last few years. To reduce flow on the major highway
going through town is one of the craziest ideas I've heard. Very wasteful spending of tax
dollars. We are 37 trillion dollars in debt because of such actions. Every state has their hand
out for grants. Let's make sure these grants are for something that makes practical and
financial sense.
